Our journey started in 2020 with a single campervan, Bobby, and a simple dream—to share the freedom of van life with others. What began as a small rental business, quickly grew into something bigger – and Camper4Hire was born, offering a range of well-maintained 2 to 6 berth campervans and motorhomes for rent to adventurers from all over the world.
As we got a deeper insight into the campervan world, we realized there was a real gap in the New Zealand market for high-quality European motorhomes. So in March 2025, we rebranded as Nomado to reflect our new direction that not just campervan rentals, but also motorhome sales, giving people even more ways to experience life on the road.

If you’re looking to buy but don’t plan to use your motorhome full-time, we also offer a rental management service, so you can earn extra income when you’re not on the road.
